I highly recommend Jasmine Garcia! I had to sell my home under difficult circumstances. I was out of state and very apprehensive about working with a realtor remotely. Jasmine was awesome! I had a lot of questions and was often indecisive. Jasmine always promptly responded to me and was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in helping me to make the best possible decisions. She also has a great group of professionals that responded quickly and did a wonderful job with some necessary repairs for my home. The entire experience was so much less stressful than I had anticipated and I am very grateful for all Jasmine did to make that possible.

Jasmine did an exceptional job not only in helping us find our "forever home" but in all of the process that followed. Even after closing, Jasmine helped coordinate repairs that were negotiated and liaised with the contractors to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible for us during a very busy time of moving. Mackenzie brought incredible knowledge and patience to our home purchase. Her attention to details and commitment to finding us a home that not only fit our needs esthetically but also would be mechanically and foundationally sound well into the future was very much appreciated. She listened to our very complex needs (a safe home for my sick elderly mother close to her church with primary and laundry on the lower level) and a place where my husband and I could come often to visit her and the grandkids in the area (but not be on top of each other) and turned that into a reality. Her honesty when a home was not up to par was both helpful and refreshing, but she was also willing to let us explore all our options. Additionally, being that we were from out of town, she had all the experts at the ready that we could have ever needed. We relied on her recommendations for a mortgage broker and a contractor, who were also top notch. And she answered all my crazy late night questions in a professional and timely manner. She was able to make a complicated and stressful purchase as smooth as possible and went to bat for us when things got rocky. Highly recommend.

Jasmine did an incredible job throughout the whole homebuying process. She was patient and informative while I narrowed my search and provided great insights when I zeroed in on what I was looking for. Never pushy, she wants you to love your home. Her most coveted skill is likely her ability to negotiate. In all, we negotiated about 30k in concessions, including a lower offer price and foundation work the house needed. I would highly recommend her!!
