Heidi was absolutely amazing in the sale of our house. I was super skeptical at first as Ive never used her before and the market was slow. However, she was super knowledgeable and kept in contact with us sharing not only what was happening but giving us solid advice even when it wasnt exactly what we wanted to hear. When we had an offer she made sure to close the deal, a master with negotiations. Would highly recommend her to anyone moving forward.

Heidi was great to work with. I was new to town and really needed local expertise. Heidi provided that, and she was great during the negotiating and closing process, too. I highly recommend her!

Heidi sold my house. She is awesome. I would recommend her sincerely. She is always in your corner...i reall appreciated all the effort that she put in for us. Will never go with anyone else if we ever move again!!!thanks Heidi !!!!!!

Working with Heidi during the sale of an estate property was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Since we were managing the sale from across the state, we needed someone we could completely trust to handle every detail aEUR" and she exceeded our expectations. She coordinated everything necessary to prepare the property for market, including recommending reliable contractors, scheduling and overseeing the work, and ensuring everything was completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed and making what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable and smooth. Thanks to her expertise, organization, and dedication, the property was listed quickly and sold in a timely manner for a price we were very happy with. We truly appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to handle so many moving parts on our behalf. We would highly recommend Heidi to anyone, especially those navigating an estate sale or managing a property remotely

Heidi went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We moved out of state and Heidi help us find someone to do needed repairs for the house inorder to pass inspection and a painter to do the painting requested by the buyers.
