We had contacted Heidi to represent us as buyers, but had to move on to another realtor that would represent us as the buyer instead of just representing the sellers of her properties, some of which bordered on unlivable. When she did show up and not pass us on to a co-worker, most of the time she was inattentive to our actual desires for a property.
