We had an initial meeting with Matthew explaining the process, inquiring about our wants/needs in a new home, and making sure we knew that if we had any questions he would be readily available. He took us to see homes as soon as we were ready, and it was helpful to have someone experienced to help us think of things to look for while we walked through potential homes. Once we found our home, we entrusted him to write our offer in our best interest and it paid off. The seller accepted our offer! But of course, there are still a lot of steps until the home is actually yours! Inspections, repair requests, loan stuff, appraisal, walk thru, closing, etc! That part of the process took about a month for us, and Matthew and Sarah kept us on track with frequent timeline updates, letting us know when we had action items, and following up on things before we could even ask. We felt Matthew and Sarah were really organized and one step ahead on any questions that arose. Once we closed on our home, we continued to receive check-ins and communications from Matthew and Sarah, reminding us of even the smallest things to remember now that we had moved, like change of address, mail forwarding, electricity setup and all sorts of recommendations. We felt supported and well-informed from start to finish. This process was as seamless as possible for us and we are so thankful we chose Lets Grow Realty Group to represent our family in this process.
