ZillowVERIFIED My family and I moved from California to Texas a couple of months ago. He was referred to us through my cousin who is also a realtor, but in CA. He gave me Matt Soto's information and he gave him ours. Matt reached out to us less than a hour later. From our short conversation, I got a good vibe from him and so did my husband. Any time we had a question or concern, Matt was always available to us. He is very knowledgeable and honest, which is very important to us. He was our eyes and ears when searching for the perfect home for us in Texas. He took us on virtual tours to all the houses we requested, not problem. When we finally moved to Texas and met Matt face to face, it felt like we've known him all along. The process was painless and a smooth transition. He represented us very well and we plan on working with him for any future purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt and his team are absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to help us and keep us informed every step of the way. Whenever we had questions, he took extra steps to find the answer if he didn't already know what the answer was. Matt worked with us to find the perfect home and show us properties that we didn't even realize could be within our budget. Because of Matt and his team, we got the absolute most perfect starter home we could have ever imagined... and it's a brand new new build! We are grateful for all of the support, communication, and guidance from Team Soto and fully recommend them!

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew Soto sold my house in under a week. He is one of the hardest working people in the business. He treats you like family, and work as hard as he can for you. If you are going to sell of buy a house I recommend you go with Mathew Soto. If I was ever going to sell or buy again he would be the first person I would call.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt and his team recently helped us sell our home and also to buy another. The professionalism and communication was off the charts. Absolutely more than we could have even imagined. Matt and his team, (including the lenders) communicated with us through the whole process. No questions were too small or large. Matt even kept in touch with us while he was on vacation! He fought for us during negotiations and did not let us get taken advantage of while maintaining the upmost integrity. The bottom line was, he treated us like he was helping his own family and we now consider him a friend. Nothing short of awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED We'd used Matt and his group previously to sell our last house and received such great service that it was a no brainer to contact him again when we were ready to purchase a new home. His level of service and dedication to the process is always outstanding and he has a knack for talking to his clients not at or over them to assure they are always clear in the process. Even when things felt overwhelming he never waivered in his commitment to us. Diana provided great service and detailed information on her part as well and even great extras to help us transition into our new area and home. They are truly a great team and we have and will continue to recommend them anytime we can.

He even was there to meet inspectors anytime I was unable to. When it came time to sell my house, I reached out to Matthew again. Within the week I had a cash offer, in TEN days we closed and funded! Was in my first home for only 2 years and, thanks to Matts advice, I made a profit!Buying/selling a home for the first time was intimidating. ZillowVERIFIED Nothing but great things to say about Matt! This was not my first home buying experience but it couldnt have been a more different experience working with a dedicated professional realtor. When buying my first house our realtor took us out one weekend and showed us a few houses and then expected us to make a decision after one weekend! Matt worked with us for well over a year but We never felt pressured to jump into something we werent comfortable with. He was very patient and diligent in making sure we got exactly what we wanted! My husband and I couldnt be happier and we would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I am so glad we chose the Mustache Realtor (aka Matthew Soto) as our realtor. My husband and I chose to buy a new construction home and Matt was with us every step of the way. He helped us with any questions that we had throughout our build. Six months into our build we turned out a bit unhappy with the house layout and builders kept pushing back completion date. Three weeks before our closing we actually decided to drop our build for another newly constructed home and Matthew was very supportive and helpful in the process. He was able to show us the house we found the same day we brought it up and moved quickly to ensure we would get it. He negotiated our offer well in order to get the best price possible. He was in contact with our lender to make sure we would close on it ASAP. Overall, we were greatly satisfied with Matt as our realtor! Would highly recommend! Thanks Matt!! ??

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew was a great captain in the sale of our house, if it wasn't for his professionalism, patience and perseverance, we would never have closed on the house. I especially liked how he was very transparant, and communicated with us as he tackled all the issues. He protected us from the hassle, and he made the right calls at the right moment. I truly believe he got us the best deal, and would therefore recommend him to any of my friends and family looking for a strong representation in the sale of their house.
