I came to find Jeffrey through a personal recommendation and could not be more pleased with the level of service he provided. Being new to the Northeast, I was very unfamiliar with the market. Jeffrey is extremely knowledgeable in this area as well as being able to point out the positive, and potential negative or problem areas a property may have.With his assistance I was able to secure a P&S agreement on a foreclosure that was a multiple offer situation. After the P&S was signed, there were several obstacles that without Jeffreys expertise, I would have not made it to closing. He successfully negotiated for 2 separate commitment/closing extensions on my behalf. He accelerated a seller initiated closing extension. He assisted me in ensuring several requirements for closing were satisfied.
