This week we closed the deal to sell our old home. Joyce Ventre handled both of these sales for us and did an outstanding job both times. She helped prior to listing by telling us what updates were needed, she helped price it correctly for the present market and held an open house the day it was listed. We had multiple offers that day and a contract within 24 hours. Several weeks later we closed the deal.
