If you're trying to buy or sell a house, you can count on Joyce to help you get there. With houses moving in less than a day, her experience is more important than ever to make sure you get the house you want or choose the right buyer for your home. One last thing I wish I'd known - she can also help you work with a builder on a new construction. It doesn't cost you anything and you won't get a discount by not working with a realtor. Those misconceptions caused me to reach out to a builder on my own, after which I was unable to bring Joyce into the transaction. Hopefully anyone reading this can learn from my mistake.

She gives the best advice without giving her opinion. She is a straight shooter, which really helps if theres any inconvenience that pops up in the process (bound to happen). She fights extremely hard for her clients. Shes always the one you talk to, theres no team with her. You get her full attentions 24/7. And I mean 24/7. I believe the first time we put on offer in on a house she was on vacation and then the night before our closing we were figuring out an issue until 10:30. She never left our sides during the process. She also has great contacts in the business which has helped us save a lot of money! Plus shes a great person and makes the process enjoyable! ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Joyce twice now; once to buy my house in 2015 and again when I sold it this spring. Both times, I was very glad I had her on my team. Most recently, she helped me understand what I needed to do to get the most money for my house with the lease amount of out of pocket expense to me. She figured out the market value of my house (more than what I was expecting) and helped me negotiate (above asking price) when the house sold. By the way, it was on the market for less than 5 days. Selling a house can be a stressful process, especially when it comes to home inspections and negotiating buyer demands. Joyce made sure things moved quickly. She recommended fair and knowledgeable professionals to provide opinions on what needed to be repaired and what didn't. I wouldn't buy another house in the Cincinnati area without giving Joyce a call. Her years of experience, knowledge of the area, and staunch professionalism set her apart from other realtors, and make her a great asset to my real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm not originally from the Cinci area, and I cannot tell you how amazing it was having Joyce as my guide. The first round of homes that I looked at were out of my price range, I was just too stubborn to admit it. She didn't pressure me one bit, but was very objective, realistic and caring. Round two of home searching went a lot better, and once I had found a house, she was on the phone faster than I could blink. We had to go back and forth with the seller a bit, and she made sure all the decisions I made were what I really, truly wanted. She honest to goodness cared more about what was best for me, and it made me feel incredibly comfortable. Any time I had any sort of question, even a silly one, she got back to me and was thorough in her answer. Getting documents to and from her was simple, and after the first lender we contacted kind of fell through, she quickly hooked me up with an alternative, but ultimately absolutely wonderful lender. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if I ever need to move again, Joyce will be the first person I call, and she will be ready to rock.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, I wanted an agent who was not only knowledgeable of the area, but also was well versed in the process and capable of handling all the potential road bumps. I could not have asked for a better agent than Joyce; she is truly a seasoned real estate professional and I hate to think of what my experience would have been like without her. Joyce provided us with MLS listings, information, and the occasional suggestion, but she never tried to push me into a property, even though I looked at a few of her listings. When I found the house I wanted, I was able to make an offer the next day. After that, Joyce was in touch almost every day helping me through lender changes, underwriting hold-ups, termite inspections and re inspections; she even ensured I would be able to close on vacation after the bank pushed my closing date back more than two weeks.
