Spring Mountain Realty PLLC

From the first time my husband and I spoke to Tonya on the phone, we knew she was the only one we wanted to work with. Even from our initial conversation, her professionalism, knowledge, promptness, and direct honesty was totally refreshing and on point. And that same demeanor carried us through a surprising fast process of locating our desired property. We live out of state and on our very first visit over a weekend, Tonya hit the target exactly, found us our property, and we closed 30 days later. Even through the closing, she was available and quick to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process - which was so helpful especially, being out of state. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that we had a positive experience not only with the transaction, but also with Kornerstone Properties. And the closing took all of 5 minutes! My husband and I are still amazed at the efficiency of it all, the kindness of everyone involved, and the blessing of getting to work with Tonya. Don't even waste your time with someone else. She is a straight-shooter and she is the one you want on your team. A perfect blend of professionalism, honesty, efficiency, and integrity! Thank you Tonya!

Tonya helped us find a home when my family and I decided to relocate out of state of Nevada. Eventhough we have different time zones, it was easy communicating with her. She always responded in a timely manner. Her timing with our contingent sale was perfect and everything went very smoothly. She never rushed us into anything just to close the sale and provided us the necessary information to make informed decisions in finding our home up to the negotiation period. She was a delight to work with! Thank you, Tonya!

Tonya was by far one of the best agents I have ever worked with. From the original interview to look at the house and list it she was prepared with comps, suggestions for what needed to be done and competitive pricing so that we could get the best deal possible. She was super at following up with showings as well as providing feedback. We actually had to move out of state before we sold and if we ever needed anything she was the first to volunteer to show up for routine care or try to find someone to help. I would recommend her to anyone either trying to buy or sell a house.

Tonya was there for Linda and I the entire two years it took to find the perfect home. As we monitored the market thought the process, her house pricing analysis was always spot on. She truly understood the dynamics of this fast-moving housing market in East Tennessee. I would definitely trust her with my family and friends. It was a great experience working with her and having her represent us.

Tonya was amazing. She was so helpful is answering questions, making sure we understood the process, and helping us from 12 hours away. I could not have asked for a better realtor. We will be using her again in the future if ever needed. I cannot express how much she helped in us buying our first home so far away. She made sure we understood what was happening. She reach out to the other realtor about any questions we had quickly. I greatly appreciate her so much. I dont think she'll ever truly understand how much.
