From the original interview to look at the house and list it she was prepared with comps, suggestions for what needed to be done and competitive pricing so that we could get the best deal possible. She was super at following up with showings as well as providing feedback. We actually had to move out of state before we sold and if we ever needed anything she was the first to volunteer to show up for routine care or try to find someone to help. I would recommend her to anyone either trying to buy or sell a house.

She would go to houses I liked & take videos/pictures if I couldn't make it to TN fast enough. In this crazy house market, houses are sold so fast. I was thrilled with having a realtor that would do that for me to make sure I didn't miss out. She never pushed for a sale to happen like some do. She made sure the house would be what I was looking for & let me know if anything was wrong. She always was there to answer any questions I had thoroughly & would make sure I understood. I say this because I have 3 small children and it's just me as the only adult in the home. I did not know anything about buying a home other than the simple fact that I did not want to rent anymore. ZillowVERIFIED A friend of mine sold his house with Tonya and had no problems. My wife saw the pictures and adds for his house and we both decided to give Tonya a shot. It was a great decision, and I have personally recommended her to several of my friends. She is very kind and knowledgeable.My house was old and difficult to sell and Tonya did 95% of the work and gave me great advice. There were a few times I disagreed with her on things but i did it her way and that was the right decision. Initially I thought to maybe sell my house myself and that would have been a huge mistake. She was worth every penny. I never heard her say or suggest anything unfair or shady at all. If you use her to buy or sell a house you have nothing to worry about.

ZillowVERIFIED At this moment we live in the Florida Keys, after hurricane Irma, we decided to move to Rogersville Tn. We contacted Ms. Estevez to locate property for us. We described our needs. She put together a large portfolio of properties to inspect, ranking them by her understanding of our needs. We made three trips to Rogersville to inspect perhaps 20 or so properties with Ms. Estevez. We made unsuccessful offers on two properties, but ultimately Ms. Estevez found us the perfect spot. She handled the negotiations superbly. We were very happy with her service and highly reccormend her. She assisted us in locating a local builder and has been most helpful with providing us with local knowledge.
