Thank you so much to Ben Parker! He made this journey of selling our home to buying our new one incredibly easy. He made himself available to us whenever we needed him whether it was needing heavy guidance on an issue or to answer a question (okay maybe several ;p ) we thought may be silly. Ben Parker helped us to relocate my mother from Spring Lake to Cary to be closer to us in Apex. Ben was awesome. We expected him to have expertise in real estate and the markets, and he does. He does a fantastic job with communication, timeliness, and knowing how to listen and made our wants a reality.
