This was a daunting life decision, and we had no familiarity with the process other than superficial knowledge. Our existing home was in no shape for sale, and we had no good way to prioritize what improvements we could make with the money we had to best affect the resale value. Ben Parker was recommended to us as a realtor, and in retrospect, I don't believe there is another realtor in all of the triangle who could have guided us to the highly successful outcome we were able to obtain. Ben's knowledge of both real estate and construction, and his tenacity and passion for helping his clients, guided us through the quagmire and in more than one instance literally pulled us out of it. We were able to sell our existing home well above asking price, due in large part to Ben's guidance with the sales process, and we were able to buy the house of our dreams all within a price and timeframe that we were hoping for. A lot of agents may claim to put their client's first - but Ben definitely lives by that creed. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a real estate transaction in the triangle market.
