Southern Heart Realty

She did a great job guiding us through our first home purchase, very responsive, accommodating, & knowledgeable. She was able to find us a program for down payment assistance that made our purchase possible! Despite issues that came up during our lengthy closing process, we were able to get the house we were happiest with at a price we liked thanks to her.

She was great and very kind, she made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I will definitely look to use her experience and help for future projects.!

I very, very Highly Recommend, Melanie of AllYork Realty. When I began the process of looking for a home, Melanie listened to me as I let her know in detail all the things that were important to me in my new home. She found homes for me to view that were an extremely good fit. Soon we celebrated the day when I closed on my Perfect new Home. She patiently, professionally, and swiftly handled any issues I had before and during the closing. Melanie and her team were a blessing during this whole process.

Melanie was outstanding! Always fast and detailed communication, and helped to swiftly work through challenges that were unique to our situation. Melanie made the home purchase and selection as easy as I could have possibly imagined! Also - great tracking portal to track the overall progress, documents, and steps of the purchase through the entire experience! 10/10
