From the day we first met her till our closing date(even after) she has been friendly, personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive. She would answer my questions within minutes even if it was late at night or early morning. She is honest about the process and has a good eye. She will not let you get screwed over and she knows how to deal with other realtors. She uses good lenders that made the process super smooth. She goes out of her way for her clients. When we sold our home she paid for a professional photographer to take pictures of our home. It drew in so many buyers! She also asked her son to cut our grass before closing because we cancelled our lawn services. I could go on and on. I would recommend Wendy 100%.
