Ana Torrez es excelentes personas muy responsable y eficiente en el trabajo que realiza Nivaldo maneja con seriedad y responsabilidad el tema de los alquileres y ventas de inmuebles

Although I am sure I was not Nivaldo's favorite client, I have only the favorable comments to report about Nivaldo and his entire staff at South Florida Investments. Communication with Nivaldo and his staff was paramount. When he said he'd call me in two months, he called in two months. His communication style overall was always efficient, professional but friendly, respectful, and courteous. When it came time to sell my property, he and his staff had it sold through their highly regarded network within two days! It lifted a huge worry off my shoulders. Not only was communication superior, but Nivaldo and his staff made the whole process seamless, worry- and stress-free!! I highly recommend Nivaldo to anyone who wants to sell their property.

Nivaldo went above and beyond for us trying to sell our beachfront condo. I couldn't be happier with the service we received from him and his team. He definitely knows the area and the market. You can't go wrong hiring Nivaldo for all of your real estate needs. We will only use him in Miami moving forward.

Nivaldo and Claudia were absolutely amazing!!! They communicated with me about all possible offers. They carefully advised me on the market and on ways to amplify my results. And ultimately got me the exact price that they promised... Amazing. Can't wait to work with them again.

Nivaldo and his team were excellent. They were very helpful. I was out of the Country most of the time during the process. They made it easy and very accommodating.
