ZillowVERIFIED Nivaldo is an experienced realtor. He will not disappoint and will be straight forward about every detail of the deal from the start. You will get what you are promised and will be guided through every step if this is first time performing the action, like it was for me. My deal worked out great, ended up paying 10% less than the initial cost of apartment, but had to put down escrow of ~2% right at the start. Nivaldo will also suggest to you options of closing company, which I recommend to accept as not only prices will be standard, but communication with all parties included will be very pleasant. Overall, 10/10. He'll be selling my apt when I need it.
