South + East Properties

Finding a Realtor who respects your love of your home when it is time to sell is the first hurtle. Allie Sweat provided that to me, and supported me through the process with professionalism.

Tony and Christina were extremely helpful and above all they were non-pressure agents. After looking at a few lots I settled on the one I placed an offer on and now will begin the construction process. They have promoted the local benefits and area extremely well which aided in my decision to choose Pagosa Springs over other communities.

Excellent hardworking agent. Good communication skills.

Tony and his lovely wife Chris make a great team. They were knowledgeable and thorough and patient with me as I weighed all options. They genuinely care about what is best for the buyer so refreshing! They above and beyond showing me the highlights of Pagosa Springs. Very happy with my new home thank you both!

Tony and Christine Kaufman were amazing to work with. They helped us navigate buying from a distance and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. They never tried to up sell us or push anything for a quick sell. One of the best teams Ive worked with. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to make purchase in southwest Colorado. Genuinely good people.
