This summer, my husband and I decided to leave the noise and chaos behind from the big city and move to Arizona. Although we were very excited, we didnt know much about the process as we are (now) first time homeowners. So, we started searching on different real estate websites, until we found our perfect location in Rio Rico, and that is also where we found our Realtor, Tavee. Not only was she responsive, but she was kind and very helpful with the whole process. We had decided on a Thursday night we would drive the 8 + hours that next morning, as we started to see some of the houses we were interested in were being swept up. Tavee was willing to meet us that very next day, and as soon as we arrived to look at houses. Tavee made sure every house we wanted to see that day was walked through. We powered through 8 different houses and then met up with Tavee that next Saturday morning to nail down our first home. The house hunting process was stressful, but Tavee ensured any requests we had were met, and she also let us know about the nearby schools and recommended some nice restaurants in the area. After we decided on a price and everything was finalized, she also had a care package waiting for us when we arrived. Our girls played with the toys for the summer, and we felt very welcomed in the area. We highly recommend Tavee if you are interested in finding the perfect home.

Tavee did a really awesome job in finding the perfect home for me and my family and made the process smooth. Always answered my questions and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend working with tavee 100%

Tavee was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home-buying journey. As first time homebuyers, we had so many questions, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. She always responded quickly, explained everything in a way we could understand, and made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and manageable. She truly went above and beyond for us, from scheduling showings around our availability to helping us navigate inspections, negotiations, and closing with confidence. We never felt pressured and always knew she had our best interests at heart. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication exceeded every expectation we had. Thanks to Tavee, were now in our first home, and we couldnt be happier. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients. If we ever buy or sell again, she will be our first call!
