Review Brent was a breath of fresh air in our search for a property in southern Arizona. I contacted him in regards to narrowing down our search. I gave him a list of specific things we wanted in a property. A few days later he contacted me with a property which had everything we wanted and more. Brent specializes in rural property and it really shows! He knocked the ball out of the park on this one, was extremely helpful, guiding us through the pitfalls of Arizona real estate laws. He is extremely personable, not the glossy salesman looking to close a sale just to pad his pockets. Review It was pure happenstance that brought Brent into our search for a new home and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We lived about 5 hours away from Rio Rico and had enlisted a local family member to drive past houses on our behalf. It was during this time that our envoy crossed paths with Brent, who happened to be at one of the houses and offered to show it to our family member. Afterward, he hopped on a call with us and we instantly connected with him. Little did we know, he would become an integral part of our home-buying journey. From the very beginning, Brent's commitment to his clients shone through; the man pet sits for his clients and checks in on one of them who is in the hospital. He helped us tour about a dozen locations, both virtually and in person, going above and beyond to accommodate our schedules, which only allowed us to come look in person on weekends. Review Beyond excellent. He showed us four properties from Oro Valley to Rio Rico we had on our "list". We found our forever home in Rio Rico. However, we came with complications with money resting in a Trust. Brent, was patient, kind, supportive and without him there would not have been a transaction. He simpified everything and created a seamless transaction. Every step of the way, he went beyond "the call of duty." He communicated with us everything that was happening and coached us every step of the way. In the end, we got our dream home and are so very grateful for Brent and his vast knowledge. We would recommend Brent for any and all transactions in real estate. There is no doubt from start to finish you would be supported, have open communication, and be able to sleep at night with Brent. Brent from the start, took a lot of his time to help us find what we were looking for. He was extremely patient and helped us find a home that fit our likings and needs. We even put in an offer on a house but later decided to change our minds and go in on a different house. During this process, Brent was very patient, and helpful. He helped us negotiate a great offer on the house which the seller accepted. He hooked us up with a lender and an inspector who both did a really great job in the process and they were both local. Brent definitely went above and beyond for us since the beginning which included showing us homes over Facetime, constantly staying in contact with us, and educating us on the entire home-buying process. He always responded to us in a very timely manner and worked with our busy work schedule. He even helped resolve some fees that came up during the process. He is very confident and knowledgeable of the area and has lived there long enough to give you excellent recommendations. Brent was also able to provide me with some work contacts I needed and continued to impress us with how professional he was. We highly recommend using Brent as a realtor as he was a perfect fit for us and what we needed, especially being new to the area and buying a home for the first time.

Review Brent was fantastic! I couldnt have been more lucky to have him as my agent. He was my eyes and ears as I never visited the property before I purchased. He was so responsive and always got back to me quickly through text, phone or email. He was always looking out for my best interests. I asked him to visit many properties and do walk throughs with FaceTime. On the house I finally decided on he actually took a tape measure and measured all the rooms for me as well as patiently describing the floor plan. He went outside and showed me the survey stakes. His recommendation for an inspector was spot on. And his advice concerning what to look for and what professionals to hire to check out the house was invaluable. He also recommended the title company who turned out to be great! And he even let me park my U-Haul truck at his house instead of my hotel in Nogales. I mean who does that? Awesome! He was always cheerful and a true trustworthy guy. I cant say enough about how you should use him if you want to feel safe and confident in your home choice. He was the best agent I ever had the pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

He's gone far above and beyond throughout every step of the home buying process from allowing our little dog Maxine to ride along in his car; which he left running while we were looking at homes so she'd be comfortable, to setting up multiple specialists for an extensive inspection process on a very complicated property that we eventually purchased. Brent continues to always be there and is ready to help with any request we have and offers to help when he anticipates that we'll need some "boots on the ground" assistance. Knowing that we're new to the area, he provided us with even little information that we need aside from the major and important information we need at that time. Even outside his field, he still keep in contact with him if we have questions and he's there--whatever it takes! He's the man! We're beyond satisfied with his great service! Even after we moved-in, he's still there to lend his hand, offer informative and important things to do! In these field, it's difficult to find a person or a real estate person that really know what they're doing...even the seasoned real estate veterans can't do what he did for us and we're very happy that we've found a "friend" like him, because that's how we consider him now...a friend who's willing to lend a helping hand to new/strangers like us (Good Samaritan)! He continued to provide assistance even after my home purchase was complete! The most impactful reason for this high recommendation is due to a special clause Brent included in my sales agreement. Without this clause I could have lost my earnest money deposit and the chance to have bought my current home. Therefore, I highly recommend Brent. (Be sure to ask him how he saved my home!)
