Song Real Estate

Arica walked me gently through every aspect of the selling process, demonstrating her knowledge and experience and patiently answering all my questions. It was a pleasurable venture working with Arica and I would use her again in the future and highly recommend her as a very competent ethical realtor.

Arica is very professional, and knowledgeable. She made the sale of our property real easy from start to finish. She definitely understands what it takes to sell a difficult piece of property. THANKs ARICA !!!!

From the time we met Arica and all through the process, we felt confident in her ability to market our house for us and help us all along the way and indeed she did. We are so happy with her service services. Arica goes above and beyond helping us with details that are not required on the part of a retailer. Arica has been a friend as well as a retailer for us.

Arica is an outstanding agent. She has represented me with two properties, both buying and selling them. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me through the process through every step. I highly recommend Arica, she is a true professional who takes care of her clients. She helps them make the best decisions when buying or selling their properties.

Arica Mitchell is amazing! Very professional, and a quick and thorough communicator. Most importantly, very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and country properties. Her insight was indispensable. Arica made our out of state home search easy and enjoyable. We found Arica through an agent referral site. Her vast experience in Real Estate and her veteran status drew our attention. She turned out to be the best agent for our home-buying adventure! From our very first meeting, it was clear that she genuinely cared about finding us the perfect home. She accommodated our traveling schedules, was incredibly communicative, answering every text and call immediately and making us feel like their only clients. Arica always had our best interests in mind and made sure we did not overlook any details in the whole process. We couldn't be happier in our new home and highly recommend Arica Mitchell to anyone looking to buy or sell!
