Solid Source Realty, Inc.

Mr. Hood spoke with me 6 months before I was ready to buy a house. He was patient with my wife and I as this was our first home purchase. We went to countless locations and even an inspection on a different house before deciding where we wanted to be. He was communicative about where we stood at each stage of the process and made sure to advocate for us. We were also very appreciative of the house-warming gift he got us.

Having worked with other agents in the past we were really impressed with Allyson's expertise in the real estate market. For the purchase side she didn't just draw up a contract and offer, she fought for us to get the best deal possible. On the seller side she was super smart about where to spend the money on home improvements for best ROI. I felt the difference in working with Allyson was she really cared about us as clients and our needs/wants instead of simply throwing money to make a purchase/sale happen. We loved working with her, she is a great negotiator and a smart and creative problem solver. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing help in the real estate market. Thank you so much Allyson!

Pooja was an absolute joy to work with. She was so patient with all of our questions and incredibly resourceful during the whole process. Her helpful attitude made all the difference in finding our perfect home. Five stars!"

As first-time homebuyers, we couldnt have asked for a better agent than Pooja Maini. She guided us through every step of the process with incredible patience, never rushing us and always taking the time to explain things clearly. Her knowledge of the local real estate market is excellent, and she was always on top of thingsaEUR"quick to respond and diligent with follow-ups every step of the way. She was consistently supportive throughout, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even enjoyable. We highly recommend her, especially for anyone buying their first home.

Pooja was our realtor who guided us patiently for over three months and helped us find the right home. She did an excellent job negotiating with the sellers agent and ensured we secured the house at the right price. My husband and I truly appreciate her diligence and support, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home.
