I was new to Morgantown. I did not know anybody. I talked to a a friend back home in the real estate business, who made a few calls and recommended that I call Barbara.. Stating that she was the "Best". I called, and we looked at a few houses. Her Associate Rachel Burak was also very Knowledgeable and they were able to guide me through the whole process. Whenever I had questions, They were answered correctly and promptly. I believe that these two ladies are the best that Morgantown has to offer as far as Real Estate Agents are concerned. After much searching (I am picky) I closed on a smaller home that was newly built close to the river, in a small community that fits me perfectly. These ladies are courteous, professional, and will find you exactly what you are looking for. When Barbara Phillips and Her Associate Rachel say they have your best interest in mind. Believe them. They held my hand through the whole process. I will be recommending them to new people as they come into town. I think of them very highly, and I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Thank You Ladies. Your timing was impeccable, and your resources, and knowledge of the area was amazing. Thank You so much for Helping me find my dream home.
