Barbara was amazing. she was very kind and friendly; easy to talk to and work with. She went to my brothers house very quickly and made an offer that he was happy with. Barbara Phillips did an outstanding job from the very start. she is extremely knowledgeable , understanding , friendly, kind, and excellent at her job. I hired her to sell my brothers house in Morgantown WV so he could move to assisted living in Dayton, Ohio. And I am so glad I found her. Barbara looked at the house with her associate Jason, and they made a reasonable offer for my brother to be able to sell his house and car, and get his money very quickly. The closing was only a couple days later, and the money was in his checking account the next day. Barbara has excellent communication skills, and kept me fully apprised of each step in the sale. She also checked on my brother and me numerous times, and fully understood our issues. Barbara was amazing, and I totally recommend her without question to anyone who is looking for a Realtor. you absolutely cannot go wrong with Zbarbara Phillips!
