My wife and I have been renting a condo in Florida for six months every year for 6 years now. A When we left our home in Michigan last November, we had no intentions of selling our house in Grand Rapids. A That all changed in mid January, 2026 when we found a condo for sale that we couldn't pass up. A We bought the condo and decided we would sell our house and move to Florida year round. Mike assigned us to Kurt Loosenort and gave us confidence that Kurt was the right agent to assist with our need to do a "long distance sale". From day one we knew that Kurt was the right agent to take care of us and our situation. Kurt laid out a plan that proceeded like clockwork. A He developed a prospective calendar that fit our needs and created a listing timetable that would allow us to sell our house from a long distance and get home to get ourselves ready for the move. Even though we were a little uneasy with a few aspects of his selling plan Kurt answered every question we had about his sales strategy in detail. He kept us informed and put us at ease. A Kurt went above and beyond in helping us sell our home . He lined up professionals to get our house ready for pictures and videos. Kurt even did a lot of the "heavy lifting" himself. After our house hit the market Kurt was receiving offers even before the Open House. He scheduled a date to review the offers which was 3 days after the Open House.By that time, he had received 27 offers! He explained every offer in detail in terms of buyer requirements for appraisals, inspections, financing and date of possession. He recommended A the offer that he felt we should accept based on our situation. The rest is history. Rachel has been a great realtor. It took a long time to sell the property but she stayed very consistent throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and creative with the listing! When we would hit a roadblock somewhere she would always give me options and let me decide how to proceed. There was no pressure and I feel like I got top dollar for my home.
