Beth IS amazing! I can't imagine how I would have purchased my home without her! She's beyond knowledgeable about the market and area, professional and was always available- she went above and beyond! THANK YOU, BETH!

Beth did an outstanding job helping us with the purchase of our dream home. Beth spent time explaining the process, and highlighting areas where we needed a better understanding of many of the details. Because we live a significant distance from Livingston, she never hesitated to go the extra mile to visit the home while the home inspector was there, she provided helpful recommendations for insurance agents, took exterior photos when we had specific questions and we never felt that she was pressured for time. We couldnt be there for the final walkthrough, but Beth did that for us and paid attention to the smallest details. Beth was knowledgeable about the homes history, specific details regarding utilities, fun things to do in the area, and offered references for handymen, etc. This was a 2+ month process and she was always friendly and supportive. We couldnt be happier about our new home, but we feel like we have a new friend too! Thank you Beth for being awesome!!

We couldnt have asked for a better experience selling our house, all thanks to Beth Ridgeway. From start to finish she was professional, attentive and truly dedicated to getting us the best results. Beth was always available to answer questions, provide expert advice, and guide us through every step of the process with ease. Her knowledge of the market and strategic approach helped us sell her home quickly and at great price. We HIGHLY recommend Beth Ridgeway to anyone looking to sell or buy their home. She is simply the best!

Beth was incredible throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond for my wife and I during this purchase. Not only was she quick to respond to our questions, and providing us with the prevalent information about the property, she also went above and beyond for us. We needed a site evaluation done for the property to ensure that we could build on it. My wife and I were unable to be onsite during this process. For this reason, Beth stepped in and stayed onsite for us while the site evaluation was being conducted. She truly is a professional and my wife and I are so grateful for having worked with her.

Beth is really great to work with. She's super tied in with the community which helps her to score leads early, she has helpful insights into the market and homes, and offered a valuable perspective while we looked at homes. Our funding situation was a little complex and she was patient while we worked through all of that. Also, she's fun to look at houses with!
