Beth spent time explaining the process, and highlighting areas where we needed a better understanding of many of the details. Because we live a significant distance from Livingston, she never hesitated to go the extra mile to visit the home while the home inspector was there, she provided helpful recommendations for insurance agents, took exterior photos when we had specific questions and we never felt that she was pressured for time. We couldnt be there for the final walkthrough, but Beth did that for us and paid attention to the smallest details. Beth was knowledgeable about the homes history, specific details regarding utilities, fun things to do in the area, and offered references for handymen, etc. This was a 2+ month process and she was always friendly and supportive. We couldnt be happier about our new home, but we feel like we have a new friend too! Thank you Beth for being awesome!!

We needed a site evaluation done for the property to ensure that we could build on it. My wife and I were unable to be onsite during this process.
