Our experience with Donna was outstanding from beginning to end. She went above and beyond any of our expectations. When I contacted her, she was about to go on a vacation, yet she took time out of her travels each day to facilitate showings of homes remotely with the help of a co-worker and put together offer letters for us. With her help, we found a new home we love. Donna is extremely knowledgeable and in contact with contractors, inspectors, etc. who gave us exceptional services likewise. She helped me put a contract on two houses and finally close on the second. I trusted her completely and felt like she had my back all the way. She was always prompt to respond via text, email, or phone. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything, including recommendations for local experts.
