Simply the best real estate agent. List with her and your house sells so fast your head will spin. Shop with her, she is patient, non-pushy and highly knowledgeable. We saw a house on Zillow. We went to pass it and another one by in Crab Meadow. April was showing the first house. She offered to show it to us when she was completely done with her buyer. We didnt like it and asked her to show 2nd one. It happened to be a signature listing so she was able to get us in. We fell in love with it. We invited her to come to our house to appraise it. She arrived with Starbucks for us and we listed. She diligently sold 59 Chestnut in 3 weeks. Negotiated 22 Grand for us and we are happily living in our new beach cottage. We expect April and her Husband to visit this Saturday as we made a wonderful friend the day we met in the driveway of the 1st house!
