After we had our initial interview with April my wife and I were both convinced before she left that we would choose her. She was more than happy to join us on both sides of the island.We spent a few weeks and we found our home of 8 years in Long Beach with her help. I told her I didn't know if it would be our forever home, so we'd talk again when it was time for her to sell it for us.Fast forward to 8 years and I didn't even think about calling someone else to help us make our next move. We started with looking around in Northport again and as we found things that sparked our interest, we figured it was time to put our house on the market. We worked out a price that we thought would be best for both sides and put it on the market. In 15 minutes we had offers sight un-seen almost at full list. We ended up in a big bidding war and sold for $43,000 over our list price. She was so meticulous in deciding the best course of action, whose offer was the strongest and why. I couldn't imagine going through it with someone else. Then the game was on to find our new home. She was able to get us into homes in no time to look and compare and we found a few that we loved, but with the same wild market we were having the same bidding wars on homes we were looking to purchase. Not only available but also brought her own furniture and staging props to make our house more enticing. I have two dogs, April would take them out, remove their beds from the floor and hide them before the showing. She would hide the water bowls and food bowls and then put it all back when the showing was done. If i called on the phone, April picked up. No chasing , no wondering what is going on, you are always in the loop with April. When it came to buying my new house, April made sure we were on every viable property the minute it hit the market. Again, she made herself available at my convenience to make sure i saw the house and if she felt it wasn't the right house for my family, she told us. Not once did April push a house on us or make me feel that she was just trying to make a sale. You can trust the April has your best interest at heart, if it's not right for you she respects that. If you don't at least interview April and give her a chance to win you over, well all i can say is that you will be sooooo sorry in the long run. Call April or call nobody!!
