Patty is passionate, hard working, patient, cares about her clients, and KNOWS HER STUFF. I bet most real estate agents haven't dealt with a situation like ours and Patty was amazing through the entire process. We had several agents blow us off when they heard our price range. Then we met Patty. My husband and I were on a tight budget so we were already looking for a needle in a haystack. On top of that, once we went into contract with the house we loved, the guy had a lien that took 5 months to remove. Patty continued to work with us for a total of 8 or 9 months and looked at somewhere between 20-30 houses with us, probably even more! Considering she was making practically nothing from the sale and it didn't come close to what she deserved for the work she put in, she stuck with us. She has to be the best real estate agent on the island and one of the best people I've ever met! If you're looking for a great real estate agent, Patty is the one.
