Signature Premier Properties

Great, Patty is a very professional agent, she worked very hard to find us a home, her knowledge of the area and the real estate market is excellent...

Patty is passionate, hard working, patient, cares about her clients, and KNOWS HER STUFF. I bet most real estate agents haven't dealt with a situation like ours and Patty was amazing through the entire process. We had several agents blow us off when they heard our price range. Then we met Patty. My husband and I were on a tight budget so we were already looking for a needle in a haystack. On top of that, once we went into contract with the house we loved, the guy had a lien that took 5 months to remove. Patty continued to work with us for a total of 8 or 9 months and looked at somewhere between 20-30 houses with us, probably even more! Considering she was making practically nothing from the sale and it didn't come close to what she deserved for the work she put in, she stuck with us. She has to be the best real estate agent on the island and one of the best people I've ever met! If you're looking for a great real estate agent, Patty is the one.

Patty is fantastic. She's helped my family and me tremendously over the last few years. She helped me navigate both buying and selling a home in the post pandemic market with patient advice and genuine empathy. She's a great friend to have in your corner while you make big expensive decisions. Working with Patty is a great experience and I've recommend her to friends and family whenever possible.

Since Superstorm Sandy we have been trying to settle things with our home which was destroyed. Ms Shaffer has helped us sell our property and finally move on with our lives. We would not have been able to have done it without her compassion and expertise. We will be forever grateful!

After reading many excellent reviews for Patricia Shaffer's realtor skills, I knew she was the one I wanted to help me sell my Suffolk County co-op. Patricia comes from a family of realtors and has many years experience in both Queens, Nassau & Suffolk. Her expert knowledge of the Long Island real estate market was apparent from the beginning when she helped me set a good, marketable asking price. She brought in very heavy foot traffic during the week and on weekends from postings and several open houses. While she provided clear and timely updates in the selling process, I quickly realized she was trustworthy, ethical and acting in my best interest which greatly relieved the stress of selling my first home. Her negotiation skills were top-notch and I am very happy with the results of the sale. I highly recommend Patricia as a true real estate professional who understands pricing strategies, the housing market and does the hard work required to make a sale.
