After reading many excellent reviews for Patricia Shaffer's realtor skills, I knew she was the one I wanted to help me sell my Suffolk County co-op. Patricia comes from a family of realtors and has many years experience in both Queens, Nassau & Suffolk. Her expert knowledge of the Long Island real estate market was apparent from the beginning when she helped me set a good, marketable asking price. She brought in very heavy foot traffic during the week and on weekends from postings and several open houses. While she provided clear and timely updates in the selling process, I quickly realized she was trustworthy, ethical and acting in my best interest which greatly relieved the stress of selling my first home. Her negotiation skills were top-notch and I am very happy with the results of the sale. I highly recommend Patricia as a true real estate professional who understands pricing strategies, the housing market and does the hard work required to make a sale.
