Sierra Sotheby's International Realty

I can't say enough good things about Hayden. I felt like I had a personal concierge the whole time I was in Incline Village. Very enjoyable person to talk to, yet incredibly professional, knowledgable and honest. If you are thinking about buying or selling in Incline/Tahoe, Hayden should be the first person you call.

Hayden delivered a comprehensive service from start to finish. He provided detailed valuation, pricing and marketing advice, executing a very effective online presentation of the property, and gave helpful feedback from each of the viewings he accompanied. He went aEUR~over and above in supervising repairs and staging, and taking care of the property in our absence. He gave solid negotiating advice, handled unusual situations calmly and achieved a very satisfactory outcome. Highly recommended!

Hayden was an exceptional realtoraEUR"punctual, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful at every step. He kept us on track with all deadlines and took the time to clearly explain issues that didnt initially make sense. From start to finish, he truly held our hand through the entire process and made what could have been stressful feel smooth and manageable.

Hayden did an outstanding job assisting us with the sell of our house. His expertise in the market geographic was great. He lives in the area and knows the area very well. Knowing the area and the competitive purchase price for our home made the sell go fast. Hayden was very involved in all aspect of the of the closing. He would explain every step of the process to me and advice me in every step. He was friendly and responsive to all my questions.

We have had the pleasure of working with Hayden Haffey on two separate real estate transactions in Incline Village over the past five years, and our experience with him has been outstanding each time. Most recently, Hayden represented us in the sale of our home and provided exceptional service from beginning to end. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process. Just as importantly, he was a pleasure to work with and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and our interests were well represented. We have tremendous confidence in Hayden and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in Incline Village. We would absolutely use him again ourselves in the future.
