About Hayden Haffey
Hayden Haffey combines his serving personality with insightful leadership skills to support clients through one of the most significant transitions in their lives. Licensed in California and Nevada, he offers a distinct advantage through active memberships in multiple regional MLS boards, ensuring his clients receive exceptional access, comprehensive market coverage, and seamless support across the entire Lake Tahoe region.
Before entering real estate, Hayden, an east coast native, worked as a family consultant for young adults with special needs. That experience shaped his professional values: patience, active listening, consistent availability, and calm under pressure - traits that now set him apart in the real estate world. He brings confidence and a problem-solving approach to every transaction.
A graduate of the Nevada Realtors Leadership Academy, Hayden has been elected by his peers to serve on various real estate boards and earned Guild Status from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. He is committed to ongoing industry growth, with a reputation for creative negotiation and an old-fashioned work ethic.
"I approach each client as an opportunity to guide with professionalism and clarity."
Stemming from a genuine investment in the communities he serves, clients frequently return to Hayden for his no-pressure, high-integrity service, consistently referring friends and family. His hyperlocal insight runs deeper than data - he knows the neighborhoods, market rhythms, and lifestyle nuances that truly matter.
Hayden lives in Incline Village with his wife, Brooke, and their two daughters. A Tahoe lifestyle adventurer, he enjoys mountain biking , skiing, and trail running. He once paddle boarded 22 miles from Lake Tahoe's south to north shore.
Genuine, respected, with a passion for serving people, Hayden values the opportunity to champion your next real estate endeavor.
