We found Craig through a listing he was selling, but quickly hired him as our agent when he brought up a host of practical considerations that we hadn't even considered, being first-time home buyers in San Francisco. The first thing he did was take time to deeply understand what we were looking for in a home. Craig was extremely professional and responsive, particularly as we put in the offer. We never felt pressured to buy; he navigated us through the zillions of question that came up as our disclosures came in, bringing us the key points to our attention so that we could make sense of hundreds of pages of documents. Every document we received went through Craig and gave us the confidence to move forward and when necessary, push back on the sellers. He was a strong advocate for us throughout the buying process, encouraging us to ask questions, and thanks to his skills we closed in a very short period of time. When the sellers refused to budge on a few small issues, Craig offered to take care of them through his network. Similarly, Noemie made the process of signing documents in multiple locations a breeze and was always available to help us through the details.Craig made a variety of suggestions that we've leveraged for everything from painters, to contractors, to A/V experts, and even a locksmith. No detail was left to chance. Above and beyond this, Craig is personable, kind, and has a great sense of humor. We greatly enjoyed the personal touch he brought to our experience. From our first conversation to the flowers and card we received a week after moving in, Craig makes you feel like you're his only client. Highly recommended.
