Shorepine Properties

Erin was very helpful in our home buying search. The entire buying experience we lived in a different state and were unable to see all the properties we were interested in. Erin was honest, dependable and trustworthy in letting us know what was good or not good fit for what we were looking for. We ended up buying a home sight unseen all thanks to Erin getting to know what we were looking for. We couldn't have done this better without her. We love our new home and are very thankful to have met and work with her.

Erin helped me buy a beach house in Pacific City. She was very responsive and provided me with all the information necessary to make my ownership transition go smoothly. She was very thoughtful and even left me a housewarming gift. I would strongly recommend her.

Erin worked with us over many months to find the perfect home for us. We were working long distance from out of state and Erin was our outstanding local expert. She negotiated a fair selling price and was our local rep in a long escrow.

Erin is trustworthy, knowledgeable and always diligent to get the tiny details of the transaction completed. You can be assured you are working with a Broker that knows the market and will work to get the best results for you. Erin is personable, respectful and takes the time to help her clients step by step in buying or selling a property. She is a broker you can count on!
