ZillowVERIFIED Erin was a fantastic real estate agent. She helped us look at a wide variety of properties across the Tillamook area before we finally settled on the property that we purchased. Not only did she happily show us a bunch of properties, but she was patient as our interests changed course through the process. She was also very helpful in selecting an inspector as well as plumbers, electricians, and others to assess the condition of the house we finally purchased (it is a fixer-upper). She was also very knowledgeable about local issues such as water rights, septic requirements, set-backs, etc. And she knows the area very well. You won't find a better real estate agent in the Tillamook area.
