Marianne was very helpful in our situation on selling this property as we did not live there at the time of trying to sell the property. She lined up contacts to get things done before and during the sale and put us in contact with a landscaper to keep the lawn mowed until the sale went through. She will go above and beyond. We are very satisfied on working with her and she is very responsive with any questions a person might have.
