ZillowVERIFIED I have bought many properties over the years and I just sold another one earlier this year. This was my first time working with Marianne and she will be my realtor now for life. All realtors are not created the same. She was amazing from the first phone call. She helped me prepare for the sale of our home for months before we ever signed a contract with her. She came over & told me her opinion on what improvements and changes we needed to make before putting the house on the market. She introduced me to contractors, painters, an electrician, etc. She went absolutely above and beyond every step of the way. I am very type A and have high expectations of others. Marianne exceeded my expectations every time. She is reliable, intelligent, and accessible. If she tells you she will do something she does it. Even though selling a home is stressful I never had a moments doubt when it came to my realtor. And the icing on the cake... our house closed 33 days after the day we listed for 97.6% of asking price!!! I still cant believe it. Trust me & dont hesitate to call Marianne. Then do literally everything she says because she knows her stuff!
