Sherwood Realty

Kevin was the absolute best! My fiancA(C) and I moved here from out of state so we knew this process wasnt going to be the easiest but Kevin made it feel as such! We was so very patient with us and really worked to help us find our perfect home. He was always there to answer our hundreds of questions. He helped us find the best areas here in MN. I cant think of anyone better that couldve made this process any better for us. Thank you Kevin!!

Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable of the market, put effort to make the sale of our house fast and efficient and we loved the way he handled the process. He was always easy to reach, answered all our questions, promptly returned our texts or emails and was available with sound advice. We were assured and comfortable every step of the process.

We listened to Kevins advice on pricing our home and its sold in one day. I would definitely recommend Kevin when buying or selling your property. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin was highly recommended to us and I know why! This was the first house we sold and he was with us every step of the way. He was in constant communication with us and answered all our questions. Everything was very convenient which was especially nice since we live out of state. Our house sold in six days and closed in seven. I would not hesitate to contact Kevin again or to recommend him.

Kevin is a true professional and did a great job representing us as sellers. His communication was top notch, and he worked hard to get us a quick sale. Highly recommend!
