He was patient and very understanding of my needs for what I wanted in a home when searching for my residence. He found me a very upscale condo in an excellent area of the Twin Cities. This was my first home purchase and he patiently walked me through all of the steps. He even assisted me in finding a home renovator for various improvements I wanted to make. Seven years later, when I transferred to Michigan, I again used his services to sell my condo. In this instance, we were operating under a very tight timeline to list the property before my relocation. Kevin provided expert guidance on a good listing price and in showing the property. Because I transferred on short notice, Kevin continued to handle the details of the sale in Minnesota while I was working in Michigan. Kevin even handled some details for me for some repairs required by an inspector. Kevin made the sale seamless and effortless despite my absence. Kevin was always pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommended him to anyone either purchasing or selling a property.
