Sheppard Realty, Inc.

Tim went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. As out-of-state buyers, we really appreciated and relied upon his local expertise. Also, he was both professional and warm so we felt totally comfortable. Tim is not only our Real Estate agent, but he is now, also, our new neighbor.

This review is long overdue. I normally don't do reviews of any kind but this is my one exception. Why? Because Tim exceeded all my expectations because of the following: -Tim worked with me for over a year. He showed me countless listings in many different locations, always accommodating my schedule. -I was impressed by his up to date knowledge of the real state market, and was pleasantly surprised by his vast network of connections in the real state field. -Tim helped me find and close a deal on a great property that met all my expectations. Thank you Tim for all your tireless work! D.F.

Looked at one property. Inquired about several others. No response. Asked about properties in Delaware and it appeared to me that he wasn't interested.

Tim was the best realtor I have ever worked with. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with him. He listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect home for us. Thank you Tim for your patience, thoroughness, professionalism and kindness throughout the entire purchasing process. We will be forever grateful !!!

Tim is one of the best realtors i have worked with to purchase a home. He is very knowledgeable and made himself available for us all the time. I will definitely use Tim in the future for any additional home purchases.
