Shell Realty LLC

Michelle Cecchini has been incredible in screening my tenants throughout the 5 plus years i have had pleasure of her services. She knows the area excellently. She has always been in complete communication with me throughout the rental process with new tenants. She showed my phone to potential candidates and did all of the leg work prior to signing of a new lease. She is a true professional and knows her business. I am truly great full have her as my Realtor. I would recommend Michelle Cecchini to all whom are seeking a professional for their rental assistance.

Michelle, has managed a rental home for me in Ormond Beach for a number of years. She has taken the headache and worry out of this endeavor. Michelle is responsive and offers help and suggestions when any work needs to be done. She maintains the relationship with the renters and communicates with me when needed. I was very luck to have found her.

I contacted Michelle because I was interested in renting the property located at 800 N Altantic Ave, she stayed to talk to the owner and give me a position. She did not return me, when I asked if she had already spoken to the owner she simply answered NO without any extra information. I do not recommend her.

Michelle is an amazing realtor she helped me find the perfect home that I'm very happy in she worked endlessly and was there every step of the way through out the whole process a pleasure to work with.

Easily the best experience I've had in the 20 years of real estate. She was prompt, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!
