I was first-time home seller, and with Christina by my side, I knew I would survive the process. I had a six-month timeline and she kept me on track with to-do lists, and with check-in visits, phone calls, and texts. Christina educated me on what to focus on, and provided a list of vetted professionals I could use if I chose. I trusted her judgment and I was glad I did. Her negotiation skills were put to the test and I was pleased with the result. My mother and I recently bought a house in the Sacramento area. Chris was highly recommended by a friend, so we began working with her even before our Southern California house was sold as we didn't know that market at all. She showed us all parts of Sacramento with a smile. We picked an area we liked and then settled on a house. Chris kept her eye on the house we wanted while we slowly worked out way through the SoCal house sale. When we completed that she had us ready to buy the house of our dreams. Chris made it easy to understand the terms of the sale (this included a re-location firm), the inspection; and the things that needed to be fixed. She sat by us as we signed page after page of paper work. She also supplied us with a list of people to help with the next stage before we moved in -- painters, handy men and cleaners. We couldn't have done it without her!
