Traveling to look at homes over a weekend, she was organized for my search and gave me a great variety to look at within my search criteria.Once I decided on a place, she negotiated well and was quick to respond to my questions along the way.She got me the right home at a great price. Again, buying from out of state I thought the closing would be stressful..but it happened with ease and she was there to get me answers or guide me to the right person to give me answers.She went above and beyond through out the entire process.I very highly recommend Terry Jacobs and the team she works with.
