ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Terry was an absolute game-changer. As an out-of-state buyer, I had very limited availability to visit properties in person, but Terry made the remote home-buying process incredibly smooth and efficient. Thanks to her dedication, I was able to purchase my dream house, which easily satisfies 90% of everything on my wishlist.Terry truly goes above and beyond for her clients. When my bank fell severely behind schedule and almost ruined our closing date, Terry stepped in and fought tirelessly on my behalf to ensure we received all the necessary documents on time. Furthermore, she is always on callaEUR"even on weekendsaEUR"to answer questions and provide urgent assistance whenever it is needed. If you want an agent who is highly responsive, deeply committed, and ready to advocate for you through every step of the real estate process, I cannot recommend Terry enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry did an amazing job guiding me through purchasing my new home.I am relocating from out of state and thought this won't be easy ..but Terry made it very easy. Traveling to look at homes over a weekend, she was organized for my search and gave me a great variety to look at within my search criteria.Once I decided on a place, she negotiated well and was quick to respond to my questions along the way.She got me the right home at a great price. Again, buying from out of state I thought the closing would be stressful..but it happened with ease and she was there to get me answers or guide me to the right person to give me answers. She went above and beyond through out the entire process.I very highly recommend Terry Jacobs and the team she works with.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Terry. She was very knowledgeable about the area (Berkshire Forest) and very responsive to all my questions! She was sweet and available throughout the entire process, which was new to me. I moved from out of state and didn't even meet her in person until I moved here. Even though, I felt like I was working with a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry came quickly and well prepared when we contacted her about selling our townhouse condo in Murrells Inlet, SC. She recognized we didnt want to wait for many months and provided support and encouragement to get a sale as quickly as possible in a somewhat tough market. She did a great job in setting us up and negotiating on our behalf when needed, all with a very positive, personable, and professional attitude. We recommend her highly as both a sellers agent by virtue of our experience, but also believe she would be terrific as a buyers agent as well. She did connect us with a buyers agent who was able to help us buy in the area we wished.

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgeable. Throughout a very long process, she was always positive. It made me comfortable and confident ! Terry also administered hands on showings with myself and family members multiple times . Her knowledge of the area of the grand strand made everything run smoothly. Time was always of the essence, seeing that we were from out of town

ZillowVERIFIED Terry did a good job. She made sure we left Myrtle Beach 100% confident that we make right choice. After seeing that my wife was not fully happy with our choice (I missed that) which we already agreed upon, she took extra time and effort to fined us something to more of my wife liking and I must say that I liked it better to. Great job Terry.

ZillowVERIFIED Unfortunately there are not enough stars to give to Terry Jacobs. I give her a 10/5 stars. It has been a long process to sell my home in Virginia and begin the buying process here. Terry was great in hanging with me and explaining every step that needed to be done since this was a first buy. For a rookie like me, she had great patience and willingness to go the extra mile. If you are looking for a great Realastate agent, go no further, its Teresa (Terry) Jacobs!! Thank you a million times for all your wonderful help!! You truly are the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED Terry was great! She was knowledgable, prompt, and responsive. She made our purchase as quick and easy as possible. We had a short window to look at homes and she was able to accommodate our schedule, give us the time and attention we needed and was able to answer or get answers to all of our questions we had. We are looking to utilize her services in the future and would recommend her to friends and family. Thank you Terry!

ZillowVERIFIED I was so happy that Terry worked closely with me and was ready to schedule showings at my convenience. She did what was necessary to find out all the details about the property and visited in person to see how living in that neighborhood would really be like. I am continuing to use Terry for my agent for an investment property in addition to the perfect home she was very helpful in getting closed. Terry has network with the friendliest people to work with and I really appreciate her for the ease of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED I actually meet Terry by chance. more then a year ago. Sandy and i had started to look at properties in the SC area, and we had been approached by many different realtors on line. I started talking to Terry and explained it would probably be a little while before we actually did something. She was very patient, was not pushy and said to take all the time we needed. As we become more serious she stepped up her pace and continued to be a true professional. Due to the fact we were in NYS and not SC all the time she made alot of contacts and was able to give advice on services and things we would need. I would definitely use her again if the need arises and feel you won't be disappointed if you do the same.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry Jacobs sold my condo in Berkshire Forest in June 2021. From the start of our interactions, Terry always promptly responded to any of my phone calls, messages, questions, and concerns. She was extremely transparent about what to expect during the process of selling my home. I never felt as if I was in the dark and I was consistently well-informed. When Terry listed my condo (after creating an excellent listing with beautiful photos), I received an exceptional offer from a buyer in less than 24-hours of the listing going live. After I accepted an offer, she communicated with me every step of the way, up until the closing date. Terry was professional, honest, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I would strongly and confidently recommend her to anyone who's looking to buy or sell a home in Myrtle Beach.
