Sexauer Real Estate International Inc

Steve was awesome to work worth, super understanding of what I wanted out of a house and did not push me to consider anything I was not comfortable with. He explained everything in detail as well and made sure I understood every step of the process.

Working with Jonathan to sell my condo was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step, offered great advice on pricing and preparing the condo for showings, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. His marketing strategy was excellent, and thanks to his expertise, my condo attracted strong interest quickly and sold faster than I expected. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind and was committed to getting me the best possible outcome. I truly appreciated his dedication, honesty, and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Jonathan helped me purchase a condo in the St. Pete area. He was helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through all of the steps easily. In fact, I purchased a second unit with his help a few months later! I highly recommend Jonathan for any real estate endeavors you may have!

'Integrity', is defined as the quality of being honest and having a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. This definition could simply read 'Jonathon Sexauer'. In this business you will find none better whether you are selling or purchasing. I have worked with Jonathan on both. I write this review not for him but for all of those, like you, needing and effective agent with integrity. I have no doubt if you work with him you will agree. Regards B

Working with Stephan Sexauer was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Steve has a rare combination of being both detail-oriented and laid-backaEUR"he let me drive the boat, but was always there to guide me through the process. He never pushed an agenda or tried to steer me toward anything that didnt feel right. As we toured homes, Steve paid close attention to what I liked and didnt like, and adjusted the search accordingly. His responsiveness and adaptability made the whole experience feel tailored and stress-free. An added bonus: Steve is also experienced in mortgage brokerage, which meant he could help me navigate the financial side of the purchase with confidence and clarity. That extra layer of expertise made a big difference. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive real estate agent, I highly recommend Stephan Sexauer.
