I moved away and around ten years later I had to come back to Seminole Florida after my father fell ill and passed and my mother went into assisted living. We were just starting to get ready to sell my parents property when I gave Jonathon a call about listing my parents house. Jonathan was so very patient and understanding and gave us some very sound and sage advice on how best to prep my parents house before going on the market. Jonathan was very pleased at how well my parents property looked when he came to take pictures and list the house. All that we did was to follow Jonathans prep instructions to the letter and we were also surprised at how nice the property looked when it was put on the market. Be cause of Jonathons advice and his very professional listing and great pictoral display of my parents house we were able to get an offer above asking price on the very first day the house was on the market. We sold the house for about 10-15% more than we thought the house was worth after our comparative research on selling trends in the area. Due to this being our first investment property purchase in Florida I wanted someone who knew the market, had the right qualifications, great reviews and was responsive. ZillowVERIFIED Steve recently listed and helped us sell our house. He expertly marketed our home and did a fantastic job navigating the sale during the Covid-19 pandemic. He or one of his team members attended every showing with potential buyers and their agents to both ensure they new everything about the house and after the potential buyer left he disinfected door nobs and surfaces prior to us coming home. He was prompt about following up with all potential buyers and obtaining feedback. Additionally, he met a contractor at our house last minute to get a quote for repairs when we couldnt be there during the sale process. He also checked in our movers to ensure things were going smoothly as we could not be there for the final portion of our move. Our house was under contract about 60 days after listing.
