Seven Gables Real Estate

Carolynn and her team are professionals. Attention to details, knowledge of the market and the neighborhoods and patience when it comes to negotiations. She is truley someone you want selling your home. She goes above and beyond to make the moving experience less stressful. Thank you Carolynn!

I've known Carolynn for nearly 20 years. I remember telling her, someday, I'd be ready to buy a home. Life happened, but we always kept in touch. When my wife and I were truly ready, I was grateful to connect with Carolynn and tell her: "It's time." Carolynn and her team were so helpful and my wife and I experienced NONE of the escrow nightmare stories that folks have. As blessed as my wife and I are to be first-time homeowners, we were equally as blessed to have a friend, partner and advocate in Carolynn.

In 2025, my partner and I faced a very difficult situation involving the home we had lived in for 12 years that our late landlady had promised to sell to us. WIth Carolynn's wise counsel, whip-smart strategic guidance, and tireless support every step of the way, we navigated all of the obstacles and closed on the house at a very favorable price. Carolynn's knowledge of the market, professionalism, industry know-how, work ethic, and incredible responsiveness -- not to mention her profound kindness -- were critical to our success. HIGHLY recommend!

Carolynn has helped us sell both our home and Julie's dad's home a few years ago. After our first experience we knew that she was the perfect realtor to market our house. Carolynn is very in tune with the neighborhoods she represents and is aware of the changing market here in Orange County. She knew exactly what our house needed to get it sold and assisted us every step of the way from getting repairs and rehab done to staging and showing the house. We highly recommend Carolynn and Seven Gaables if you are buying or selling your house.

Carolynn is a wonderful person. From the beginning I felt I could trust her. She is well prepared and knows the realty business inside and out. She sold our house so quickly, less than a week. She is outstanding!
