As first time home buyers who were very picky, we were grateful to have Carolynn provide us such wonderful guidance. We did not know the area very well and she never hesitated to take us ALL over Orange County - we must have visited 4-6 cities. She always did her homework and could answer just about any question about the neighborhood and the school districts. We changed our criteria a number of times and with her expertise, she was able to narrow down the viewings to homes we would be interested in (this saved us so much time by not visiting homes that she knew we would not like).
