SERHANT

Kasey is is the consummate professional. She obviously had very good knowledge of the market, negotiates efficiently, and really helps to limit the blindspots. She worked with us to not only help us understand the offers but weigh them to decide which one to take. She stood up for our best interested and I could not thank her enough! I don?t think I will ever buy/sell a house without her guidance!

Kasey was awesome. We were buying a home in Austin, TX while living in Brooklyn, NY which was extra challenging. But Kasey was always super responsive and willing to go the extra mile by scheduling full weekends of home tours and hopping on a video call for virtual tours. She was also an absolute pro when we were ready to buy, helping us navigate several unique challenges that arose during the buying process.

This lady knows her stuff! She has a great outlook on the market, kept my expectations realistic. She got us more money than we expected on our home. Kasey has also helped me look for a new home but advised me against overpaying. If you want a smart, attentive and realistic relator to work with, Kasey is your gal!
